All tubing is precision mandrel bent to maintain the original inside diameter throughout the entire bend. This process prevents collapse, wrinkling, or flow restriction, ensuring consistent exhaust flow and optimal system performance.

Mandrel bending also preserves structural integrity under extreme temperature cycles and vibration conditions commonly found in aircraft applications.
