Engine Mount Repairs

Engine mounts are highly stressed so first we media blast the mount, this process shows underlying issues. Next we perform a 10x magnified inspection to identify anomalies after which we replace defective parts. Repair is done under FAA AC 43.13-1B. The part is NDT Tested. Finally parts are heat treated for stress relief and single boiled linseed oil is inserted to prevent rusting.
