COMMANDER AIRCRAFT 112 TC/112TC-A MUFFLER PART NUMBER 8280-1. MUFFLER IS MADE WITH HIGH GRADE 321 STAINLESS STEEL. HEAT STUDS ARE USE TO INCREASE THE HEAT CAPACITY NEEDED FOR HEATING. WE HAVE FOUND ALMOST ALL THE MUFFLERS THAT COMES IN FOR REPAIR ARE BER AND NEEDS TO BE COMPLETELY OVERHAUL. MOST COMMON PROBLEM IS EXTREME CORROSION AND EXTREME PITTING, WHICH WILL CAUSE CARBON MONOXIDE HAZARD.
